When you know and feel that your life is blessed, it’s easy to be thankful and feel the happiness from that gratitude.
Yet, ironically, one of the most challenging types of happiness can be thankfulness because knowing we should feel thankful and feeling it can be two different things.
Even if you’re not feeling the gratitude, you can still experience one of the other types of happiness, and eventually the thankfulness will re-appear.
When we’re thankful, it’s true that our blessings seem to multiply, therefore being thankful is a happiness that begets more happiness.
