Feed Your Head
This week let’s feed our mind something positive. Some studies suggest that it only takes 10 minutes a day of reading or listening (podcasts) to inspirational or self-growth materials to help us keep a positive mindset.
When we fill our mind with messages that help us feel good, it’s easier to rise above the workplace chaos that inevitably crosses our path each day. When we think positive, it’s easier to solve challenges with customers and co-workers.
If, after this week, it’s easier to think more positive, consider making feeding your mind with something positive a daily habit.
