Your challenge is to pick one of the three Hunt for Happiness Week Activities to add an extra smile in your day (and of course you can do more than one).
The activities are in one of three categories:
- Social – Think Social Media Sharing
- Activity – Think Doing Something
- New – Think Discovering Something New
SOCIAL: Find and post a local story about a good Samaritan. Share your story on your social media sites and ours with the hashtag: #HuntforHappiness. You might include a message similar to: I’m celebrating #HuntforHappiness Week and today I hunted for a local good Samaritan. Is there a good Samaritan in your community that we should know about?
ACTIVE: Organize one drawer at work or home. You’ll be surprised how satisfied (a type of happiness) that you’ll feel after you do it.
NEW: Send a message to your friends via email, text, or social media asking, “I want a new app to make my life easier or happier for #HuntforHappiness Week. What’s your favorite app and why?”
BONUS ACTIVITY: Play Happy I-Spy. When you see someone having a happy moment (it can be friend, family or stranger) either hand them a Happy I-Spy Certificate that you printed or send via text, email or post on their social media page the electronic version or tweet the twitter version.
