Your challenge is to pick one of the three Hunt for Happiness Week Activities to add an extra smile in your day (and of course you can do more than one).
The activities are in one of three categories:
- Social – Think Social Media Sharing
- Activity – Think Doing Something
- New – Think Discovering Something New
SOCIAL: Find and take a picture of your favorite winter nature scene, plant or flower. Share your picture on your social media sites and ours with the hashtag: #HuntforHappiness.
You might include a message similar to: I’m celebrating #HuntforHappiness Week and today I hunted for a something happy in nature. What’s your favorite winter nature scene?
ACTIVE: Laugh. Find something that amuses you on the internet or TV, call a friend that makes you laugh, or try laughter yoga.
NEW: Send a message to your friends via email, text, or social media asking, “I’m looking for something online that makes me laugh for #HuntforHappiness Week. Do you know of any new YouTube videos that are funny?”
BONUS ACTIVITY: Play Happy I-Spy. When you see someone having a happy moment (it can be friend, family or stranger) either hand them a Happy I-Spy Certificate that you printed or send via text, email or post on their social media page the electronic version or tweet the twitter version.
