Your challenge is to pick one of the three Hunt for Happiness Week Activities to add an extra smile in your day (and of course you can do more than one).
The activities are in one of three categories:
- Social – Think Social Media Sharing
- Activity – Think Doing Something
- New – Think Discovering Something New
SOCIAL: Find and take a picture of the happiest fruit and share it on your social media sites and ours with the hashtag: #HuntforHappiness. You might include a message similar to: I’m celebrating #HuntforHappiness Week and I think (whatever fruit you picked) is a happy fruit. What fruit do you think is happy?
ACTIVE: Move. Walk around your desk at work, dance to a song even if it’s only in your mind, or try a yoga pose.
NEW: Send a message to your friends via email, text, or social media asking, “I want to read a new book from an author I haven’t read before for #HuntforHappiness Week. Have you read anything recently that you’d recommend?”
BONUS ACTIVITY: Play Happy I-Spy. When you see someone having a happy moment (it can be friend, family or stranger) either hand them a Happy I-Spy Certificate that you printed or send via text, email or post on their social media page the electronic version or tweet the twitter version.
