Let It Go
We all hang on to things that we really can’t control. Create a “Let It Go” list. Write down the things that consume your emotional energy, that you have either no or limited control over.
I like to tear up my list then throw it in the air as my symbolic send off to God. Other options include placing it in a box, burning or burying it. However you chose to destroy the list. it’s a ritual that makes it easier to Let It Go.
