- Hunt for people who make you day a little happier – think work, coffee shop, or child’s favorite teacher – and thank them. Consider taking a selfie with them and publicly thanking them. Invite everyone on your social media sites and ours to do the same! Use the hashtag: #HuntforHappiness
Include a message similar to: I’m celebrating #HuntForHappiness Week and I decided to thank Mary at my local Starbucks for making my day happier! Who can you thank for making your day happier today?
- Hunt for a new restaurant – ask your social media friends to recommend one.
Include a message similar to: I’m celebrating #HuntForHappiness Week and decided to find a new restaurant for dinner tonight! What’s your favorite restaurant in Dallas?
- Put your PJ’s on as soon as you get home from work & chill.
BONUS ACTIVITY: Play Happy I-Spy. When you see someone having a happy moment (it can be friend, family or stranger) either hand them a Happy I-Spy Certificate that you printed or send via text, email or post on their social media page the electronic version or tweet the twitter version.
