Today your Hunt for Happiness Week happiness hunt is to have no device meals.
Eat without checking your emails, social media accounts, text or taking calls. Instead focus on the people who you share your meal with, the actual food, and the ambiance of where you are eating.
If you’re eating alone focus on the taste and smell of your food, the sounds where you are dining, your pet, a book (if you read an e-book you can only look at the e-book on a device), or the bliss of silence.
Today’s challenge is to quit multi-tasking while you’re eating and enjoy your food.
