- Move. Walk around your desk at work, take the stairs, or dance to a song even if it’s only in your mind. Invite everyone on your social media sites and ours to do the same! Use the hashtag: #HuntforHappiness
Include a message similar to: I’m celebrating #HuntForHappiness Week and I decided to dance to some head music! It felt great and I’m still smiling. What can you do to get some more movement in your day today?
- Wear a different perfume or cologne.
- Find a place or event to volunteer at in the next few weeks.
Share your choice of venues with your community and ours on social media using the #HuntForHappiness hashtag. Bonus happy points if you get some of your friends to volunteer with you!
BONUS ACTIVITY: Play Happy I-Spy. When you see someone having a happy moment (it can be friend, family or stranger) either hand them a Happy I-Spy Certificate that you printed or send via text, email or post on their social media page the electronic version or tweet the twitter version.
