Pick one of the three Day 7 Hunt for Happiness Week Activities to add an extra smile in your day (and of course you can do more than one if that makes you happy).
- Organize one drawer at work or home. You’ll be surprised how satisfied (a type of happiness) that you’ll feel after you do it. Consider taking a selfie with your fabulously organized drawer and posting it on your social media channels. Invite everyone on your social media sites and ours to do the same! Use the hashtag: #HuntforHappiness
Include a message similar to: I’m celebrating #HuntForHappiness Week and I decided to organize my desk drawer at work! Do you have a drawer that could benefit from being organized too?
- Laugh ~ even if you have to hunt for something that inspires your giggles.
- Look through a photo album ~ or scroll through your phone. Consider sharing your favorite picture on your social media sites and ours. Use the hashtag: #HuntForHappiness
BONUS ACTIVITY: Play Happy I-Spy. When you see someone having a happy moment (it can be friend, family or stranger) either hand them a Happy I-Spy Certificate that you printed or send via text, email or post on their social media page the electronic version or tweet the twitter version.
